Cosmetic Display Stand Types
As a cosmetic retail display manufacturer, Samtop produces retail cosmetic displays for counters, specialty stores, shop-in-shop spaces and multi-store programs.
Countertop Cosmetic Displays
Compact custom cosmetic display stands that combine holders, testers, campaign graphics and small storage areas without taking over the working counter.
Cosmetic Tester Displays
Product-fitted openings keep bottles and applicators in place. Removable trays and replaceable labels make daily maintenance easier.
Makeup Display Stands
Hold lipsticks, foundations, palettes, mascaras and products with very different shapes. We check actual packaging to ensure perfect fit.

Skincare Display Stands
Accommodate jars, tubes, bottles, boxes and testers in one layout with fitted holders, information panels, lighting and concealed storage.
Gondola Cosmetic Displays
Fit existing retail shelving or form a branded section. Shelf dimensions, fixing points and product capacity confirmed before production.
Freestanding Cosmetic Displays
Carry more SKUs and larger graphics. Base, shelf load and shipping method reviewed before prototype finalization.
Cosmetic Glorifiers
Elevated product presentation platforms that highlight hero SKUs with premium materials and integrated lighting solutions.
Modular Cosmetic Displays
Flexible systems that can be reconfigured for different products, spaces and seasonal campaigns with interchangeable components.
Engineering Details That Matter in Daily Use
A rendering shows how the display should look. Engineering and sampling confirm how your products fit, how removable parts work and whether lighting and wiring remain easy to access.

Problem
Products may match the dimensions in the rendering but still sit too tightly, feel loose or be difficult for customers to remove.
Engineering Response
Your actual products, packaging samples or confirmed product dimensions are used to adjust the openings, supports and finger space.
Retail Result
Your products stay neatly in place, while customers can easily pick up, use and replace the testers.
Materials and Finishes for Custom Cosmetic Displays
Most cosmetic displays use more than one material. We select each material according to the approved design, product weight, daily cleaning, structural requirements, order volume and shipping method.
Acrylic Cosmetic Display
Clear, frosted, tinted, mirror and colored sheets can be cut, bent, bonded, polished, UV printed or screen printed. Visible joints and polished edges often matter as much as sheet color.
Metal Cosmetic Display
Stainless steel and mild steel used for frames, trims, shelves, bases and logos. Finishes include brushing, polishing, paint, plating or anti-fingerprint coating.
MDF, Wood and Bamboo Display
Painted MDF for counters and bases. Wood, bamboo or veneer add warmth for skincare and clean-beauty programs. Edge sealing affects final finish.
Mixed Materials and Custom Details
A single cosmetic display may combine painted MDF, acrylic trays, metal trims, printed graphics, lighting and decorative surfaces. These materials do not reproduce the same color or gloss in exactly the same way.

How Your Cosmetic Display Project Moves into Production
Each project starts with an approved rendering, technical drawing or confirmed campaign brief. The exact process depends on the materials, quantity and complexity.
Production Process
From concept to delivery, we guide your project through each critical phase with precision and transparency.
Project Information Review
We review the design, display dimensions, product samples or dimensions, quantity, finish references, deadline and shipping destination before quotation.
Engineering and Material Development
Product fit, structure, material connections, lighting, moving parts and practical production methods are reviewed before sampling. If the information is incomplete, we identify what still needs to be confirmed.
Prototype and Sample Approval
A prototype or material sample is prepared to check product fit, colors, graphics, surfaces, lighting and assembly. Prototype production normally takes 15-25 days after details are confirmed.
Production and Quality Control
Mass production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Dimensions, product fit, colors, logos, surfaces, lighting and moving parts are checked during production.
Trial Assembly and Rollout Packing
Displays can be trial assembled before shipment. Components may be labeled and packed by installation sequence, destination market or individual store allocation.

These projects show how engineering changes affected product updates, color control, interaction and shipping.

Replaceable Brand Cards for 130 Countertop Displays
For a 130-unit US rollout, lightning-shaped brand cards had to remain upright but also be replaceable without dismantling the display. We tested the actual card and adjusted the slot width, insertion depth and finger access.

UV Print Control for 1,500 Acrylic Displays
For 1,500 light-grey acrylic displays, we printed samples on the actual acrylic and adjusted the settings until the client approved a physical reference. Production then followed that sample rather than screen artwork alone.
Stable Interactive Wheel Displays for 400 Units
An interactive wheel needed to rotate without touching the surrounding structure. We tested the clearance, end stops, rear support and base balance, then adjusted before producing 400 displays.

2,000 Lightweight Gold Mirror Stars
We formed the visible surfaces from gold mirror acrylic and used a hollow construction. This kept the approved appearance while reducing material, handling weight and shipping requirements.
